Men's Competitive Program

At Langley Gymnastics Foundation our Men's Competitive Program consists of Developmental, Provincial, and National levels.

Our purpose is to provide a positive environment and support structure for every athlete to achieve his/her goals. We achieve this by providing quality programming with a focus on physical fitness, athletics, positive attitude, discipline (personal and academic), and building self confidence. Our coaches support our Motto: “What I believe I can achieve,” by encouraging all athletes to reach their personal best.

This year we sent 1 of our Men's National Level athletes to Edmonton to compete among the best in Canada for the 2013 National Gymnastics Championships.

Our Men’s Head Coach Kris Krunick is a Level 3 certified coach and also a former National Team Member (2001-2004). He joined the LGF team in September 2008 and has continued to shape the Men's Competitive Program. All of our competitive Coaches here at LGF have a minimum Level 2 certification and have a strong passion for the sport.

Entrance into this program is done on an evaluation basis. If you are interested in having your child evaluated or would like more information on our competitive program please contact our Men's Head Coach, Kris Krunick at krisk@langleygymnastics.ca
