TRY IT GYMNASTICS

 

Welcome to Try It gymnastics! These classes run once a week for 3 to 5 weeks in a row, and gives beginners a brief intro to gymnastics. 


 

We created this program to take out your "what ifs" of registering in a full length gymnastics session - after doing a Try It class, you'll know exactly which level you should be registering your child for in a full length Session, and you'll see how much your child LOVES GYMNASTICS!

 

So WHAT exactly will you get out of a Try It class?

Try It classes gives kids a peek into the world of gymnastics, and a taste of what a regular session's class would be like. They're a great way for kids to get into the gym and try gymnastics before committing to a full session! 

 

Throughout a Try It session, coaches will let participants explore all the different, challenging, and exciting stations & apparatus' used in our regular programs, all the while assessing your child to see what class level would be the best fit for them in a full length session. On the last day of class, your coach will give you an assessment slip, showing you their recommendation which you can then use to register for a regular full length session!

 

WHO are Try It classes for?

These classes are for those who are relatively new to the sport of gymnastics and want to see if it will be a good fit for them. Beginners will find this program especially helpful because the class provides a brief introduction to the basics of what a gymnastics class will look like in a full session.

 

WHEN are Try It classes?

Try It class sessions run periodically throughout the year, usually in the months before an upcoming session. Each session of classes is 3 to 5 weeks long, and runs on a weekly basis. Please keep in mind that Try It class sessions are not guaranteed to be running every month, so take advantage of the months they are running and give gymnastics a try! So what do you do AFTER a Try It class?

Register for a regular full length session and get started in the new curriculum!

 

We have 3 different recreational sessions you can join throughout the year and each session features weekly classes for the duration of the session period, check out the sessions below:

 

  • Session 1: September to January (registration starts in June)
  • Session 2: February to June (registration starts in January)
  • Summer Session: July & August (registration starts in May)

 



Withdrawal & Refund Policy: No withdrawals/cancellations are accepted, and no refunds or credits will be given. In the case of injury or severe illness, a credit or refund of the pro-rated balance may be granted under approval once a valid doctor's note is provided.
