Drop In Program

Looking for something to do with the kids or just wanting to get some exercise? Come try out our Drop In program! Drop Ins are 1 to 1.5 hour in length and are essentially "free play" times for you to explore the gym and have FUN, all the while being supervised by NCCP certified gymnastics coaches. We offer this program for kids and adults of all ages and abilities. Whether you are wanting to play, work on gymnastics skills, or want to try out a creative way to exercise, there is a time available for you! 

Register ONLINE for QUICK & EASY registration! Registering online GUARANTEES you a spot in Drop In so you don't have to worry! All you have to do is check in at the Office upon arrival. NO refunds or credits are available after payment is made.

In-Person Registration Information

We will be accepting walk ins only if there is still space available at the time of the drop in. Registration is on a "first come, first serve" basis, so participants will be turned away once we reach maximum capacity. A great way to reserve your spot is to register online! If you are registering for Drop In in person for the first time since September 1st, the parent/guardian of the participant will be asked to sign a waiver. Please note that ONLY the parent/guardian of the participant is able to sign this waiver. To make your in-person registration easier, you can download, complete, and bring the below form with you to Drop In. 

Please note that only the legal parent or guardian of the participant can sign this.

Spring Drop In Schedule (March 26th - June 30th)

Family  
 -All ages  
- Parents have the option to participate or supervise from the gym floor (children under 5 must be supervised by a parent).  
 -1 hour long  

Saturday 6:00PM - 7:00PM // Saturday 7:15PM - 8:15PM


Parent & Tot  
 - "walking" to 5 years  
- Parents must accompany their child on the gym floor.  
- 1 hour long  

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 11:30AM - 12:30PM


Pre-Teen  
- 8-12 years  
- 1 hour long  

Friday 8:00PM - 9:00PM

 

Teen & Adult  
- 13+ years  
- ID may be required.  
- 1.5 hour long  

Wednesday 8:30PM -  10:00PM


Summer Drop In Schedule (July 3rd - August 25th)

Family (up to age 10)
 -Up to age 10
- Parents have the option to participate or supervise from the gym floor (children under 5 must be supervised by a parent).
 -1 hour long

Friday 3:30PM - 4:30PM


Family (all ages)
 -All ages
- Parents have the option to participate or supervise from the gym floor (children under 5 must be supervised by a parent).
 -1 hour long

Friday 6:00PM - 7:00PM


Teen & Adult (all ages)
 -13+ years
- ID may be required.
 -1.5 hours long

Wednesday 7:00PM - 8:30PM
