The Langley Gymnastics Foundation (LGF) is a non-profit organization that has been providing the Langley community with quality gymnastics programs focusing on physical fitness and FUNdamentals since 1991.
In July 1992, tragedy struck the Fraser family with the sudden loss of the Fraser's only daugther, Christy.
In honor of their daughter's memory and love for gymnastics, Lory and Scott Fraser created the Christy Fraser Memorial and the Christy Fraser Memorial Fund.
The Christy Fraser Memorial Fund was responsible for initially purchasing some of the equipment in our facility. On June 30th 1995, LGF purchased all equipment from Langley Flash and Langley Gymnastics became a fully functioning non-profit facility.
LGF believes in supporting the community by providing physical programs for all ages and abilities, from the recreational parent and tot to the competitive National stream.
Our club philosophy is WHAT I BELIEVE, I CAN ACHIEVE. Our certified coaches are committed to this philosophy by encouraging all athletes to reach their personal best.
Langley Gymnastics is a non-profit society aimed at providing support for all recreational and competitive athletes that are members of this club.
Our purpose is to provide the environment and support structure for every athlete to achieve his or her goals. We achieve this by providing quality programming with a focus on physical fitness, athletics, positive attitude, discipline (personal and academic), and building self confidence. Hence our motto: "What I Believe I Can Achieve.
